Transcript: My name is Ann Reid Shaw. My degree is MBA in Information Technology My background is I have a BS, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master’s in Computer Systems Management. I have over 18 years of experience in information technology. In terms of computer science and engineering I was a guru in that area but when it comes to business, I needed to be more equipped. Most of my teachers were professionals in the IT industry. They were able to give me tips and practical knowledge because they have been there and done that. What was most rewarding for me is actually the journey and not the destination, not the one day event, the journey. I learned not only from my professors but also from other students. There are some challenging experiences with group projects but you know, in life you have sunshine and rain and you learn from both. I’m feeling great. This is awesome!
