We’re all about speed, efficiency and yumminess here at Study Snacks. That’s why we’ve found five recipes with four ingredients (or less) to expedite the process of getting food in your belly. These recipes are also healthy (for the most part), which means you can snack guilt-free!
Zucchini Chips
Looking to satisfy that urge for chips as you write our discussion board post? Look no further than these zucchini chips. All you need is thinly sliced zucchini, salt, pepper and paprika! Feel free to experiment with different spices and flavors.

Roasted Chickpeas
Another savory snack, roasted chickpeas also bake in the oven and can be prepared with a variety of spices. Chickpeas, olive oil and the seasonings of your choice are the ingredients for these healthy, crunchy snacks.

Tip: Rinsing, then drying your chickpeas really well can help them become crispy. Also, while peeling the skins is a tedious task, doing so can also help them crisp up more in the oven.
Banana Bites
These banana bites are essentially little almond butter banana sandwiches dipped in chocolate. The bananas achieve a lovely, creamy texture from being frozen, and the chocolate and almond butter bring sweet, bitter and salty notes all at once! Try them as a snack or a healthy dessert.

Tip: If you are looking for an even simpler snack, just take slices of banana, flash freeze them, then dip them in melted chocolate chips, and freeze again until solid.
Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries
Whether you need to curb your sweet tooth or have breakfast on the go, frozen yogurt covered blueberries will do the trick. These can technically be made with only two ingredients: fresh blueberries and Greek yogurt. Just dip your blueberries into the yogurt and let them freeze!

Tip: You can do this with different Greek yogurt flavors and fruits to shake things up; for example, strawberries dipped in honey Greek yogurt.
Stuffed Peppadews With Salami and Parmesan
If you haven’t explored your grocery store’s olive bar, you don’t know what you’re missing! A treasure trove of flavor, olives are a great way to satisfy salty urges. This recipe adds some extra protein, creating a more filling snack, by stuffing peppadews with salami and parmesan. The result is something you could serve as an appetizer at a party or make for yourself!
