BA in Human Resources Management

Our Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management centers on an interdisciplinary approach to managing the most important asset of an organization: the human resource. In this program, offered 100% online, students will explore the psychology, leadership and business tools critical to effective human resources management.

What You'll Learn

In the BA in Human Resources Management, you’ll cover business fundamentals, including accounting, finance, marketing and economics, as well as specialized management courses. Training and development, compensation and benefits, and selection and placement are a few of the human resources topics you will study. Students, therefore, have the option to pursue a professional certification offered by external organizations (e.g., SHRM and the HR Certification Institute®) because the courses offered are aligned with the academic knowledge required.
